  • €800,000 minimum for properties in prime areas, including Attica (Athens and Piraeus), Thessaloniki, Mykonos, Santorini or islands with populations exceeding 3,100 residents.
  • €400,000 minimum for properties in other regions of Greece.
  • Eligible properties must be at least 120m² and cannot be used for short-term rentals.

Alternative Investment Options

  • 250,000 minimum for the conversion of commercial properties into residential units, applicable anywhere in Greece, with no size restriction and cannot be used for short-term rentals..
  • Investment in the restoration of heritage or culturally significant buildings, irrespective of size or location and cannot be used for short-term rentals.
